These are some of the most common questions we have gotten, but we understand situations are unique. Please contact us if you still have more questions to see how we can help.

1. Who can apply for the EB3 program?​

         Anyone that hasn't committed a crime or overstayed their previous Visa.

2. What jobs are available?

         Currently we have positions available in senior housing facilities, janitorial companies, poultry                    processors, and box packers. Please check with us as availability varies based on sponsor needs.

3. Where are the opportunities located?

         South Carolina, North Carolina, Texas, Alabama

4. How long does it take?

         It usually takes around 18 months but all cases are unique. It can take longer if your labor                           certificate must go through an audit. We are full prepared and have never had an issues, it just                 delays the process.

5. How much does it cost?

         The costs vary according to family size and unique situations. Please contact us to discuss                          all available options including grants and our referral program.

6. Are there refunds?

         Costs are payable according to a set schedule. In the event that you need to stop the process                     we will review what balance remains in your escrow account. Refunds will be accommodated.

7. Can my family come with me?

         Yes!! That is the great part of this program - you and your immediate family can began a New Life!

8. Is this a SCAM?

         No, definitely not! This program was a created a long time ago by the US government. Please see             official websites.

9. Skilled vs. Unskilled programs?

        Skilled programs are for medical personal that have degrees and previous experience. Please                     contact us to know whether you would qualify. 

        Unskilled just about anyone can apply as long as you haven't committed any crimes.

10. How long do I need to work for?

        For unskilled there is a 1 year commitment to the sponsoring employer. 

11. Do I need to speak English?

        Yes, it is necessary to be able to have basic English knowledge - but please note that you do not                 need to be an expert. 

12. I applied for a US visa before and was denied, can I apply?

        Yes, as long as it wasn't denied for fraud or crime.

 

13. I have never applied for a US Visa, can I apply?

        Yes, you can! It is always very important to be completely truthful if you have applied because the           US government will have access to all of your information.
